There's Always reason to Hope..... God Wants You To Succeed!

On Monday I made the statement that there is always a reason to hope, no matter the circumstances, because God is always fighting on our behalf. I showed you on Wednesday that one of the reasons I know this for a fact is because the Bible itself has shown us that God loves us. I hope after reading that post you can now see, at least in part, that truth for yourself. The second reason that I'm sure of the fact that God is fighting on our behalf is that the Bible shows us God wants us to succeed. Today I want to show you just where the Bible tells us that He wants us to succeed.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).”
‭‭John‬ ‭10:10 ‭AMP‬‬

“This is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior. He desires all men to be saved and come into the knowledge of the truth.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭2:3-4‬ ‭TLV‬‬
The word saved here means, preservation, wholeness, health, prosperity and well-being. I'd say that means he wants us to see success.

These scriptures here show us pretty clearly that God wants us to prosper. God not only desires that we be saved but he wants us to prosper and have life so abundantly blessed that it is overflowing with goodness. If that doesn't spell out success for you I don't know what will. Don't worry if it doesn't all make complete sense though we'll keep talking on these subjects over the next few weeks. I'll see you guys on Monday. :)

Have a blessed weekend,
Steph
