Effortlessly Bear Fruit

““Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15:5‬ ‭NLT‬‬

We've been talking the last few weeks about seeing our prayers answered. As we continue on this discussion I want us to turn our attention to these two scriptures. Do you see how Jesus tells us, in the book of John, that fruit (breakthrough) is achieved? Fruit is produced by staying connected to Him.

“But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness,”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:22‬ ‭AMP‬ ‬

In Galatians it's made a little plainer. All of these things that we want to see happen require us to keep Christ at the center of our lives. How do we do this? It goes back to those scriptures  that I told you to find and write down. If our mind is focused on Christ and the Bible then we will naturally produce the (fruit) breakthrough that we want so badly.

Seeing the breakthrough that you want actually take place is achievable if you just don't quit before God can work things out. If you keep your eyes on Christ through meditation on scriptures he will produce the breakthrough in your life that you want. It will be produced in you effortlessly because God will be the one working it in you.

Be blessed,
Stephanie
